Democrats couldn't even cheer for a 13-year-old with terminal cancer
They did this to themselves
Last night, we witnessed the first kind-of State of the Union address of Donald Trump’s second term in office, and — as I explained in my column for the Washington Examiner — it was a masterclass in political dominance.
But I also want people to understand why.
In part, it’s because Trump has delivered on many — not all, but many — of his campaign promises. Apart from the economy — which will make or break his legacy — and arguably foreign policy, Trump is at an A+ across the remaining issues.
But it’s not like Trump has changed, or even that he pulled off some unprecedented rhetorical feat.
No, we must remember — and be grateful for — the fact that Democrats have made it so laughably easy for him.
Before the election, all they had to do was not be crazy. They screwed that up, undemocratically nominating Kamala Harris — a DEI hire who tries to mask her vodka breath with Dorito breath. And after the election, all they have to do is not be crazy.
So what are they doing?
They’re standing there with handmade protest signs like “this is not normal.”
Yes, the same people who think women can have dicks think this is not normal. Give me a break.
