“My people”? You’re AMERICAN!
Selena Gomez, who seems like a nice person, is apparently either really unwell or really stupid.
Because here she is crying over the illegal immigrants being deported by Donald Trump:
“I just wanted to say that I'm so sorry. All my people are getting attacked, and children. They don't understand. I'm so sorry. I wish I could do something, but I can't. I don't know what to do. I'll try everything I promise.”
OK…a few things.
One: Selena Gomez is worth $1.3 billion. I’m sure there’s something she could do…
Two: law-abiding citizens are not being attacked. Illegal immigrants with criminal histories — like murder, rape, gang-related activity and human trafficking — are being deported. Are those people seriously worth your tears, Selena?
Three: “my people”?
Selena Gomez was born in Texas. That makes her an American.
