The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) finally kicked back the decision over the Nippon Steel/U.S. Steel merger to Joe Biden.

Now, he has to choose: let Nippon save U.S. Steel, or give in to political pressure and create a steel monopoly, raise prices, and kill jobs?
